The Ghost of Woody Guthrie

Photo Hosted at Buzznet.com
A one-man play
using the stories and songs of
Woody Guthrie
to recount this legendary American folk hero's life.

Compiled and performed by BruceLiles

----

Several of Woody's songs are
interspersed between the stories to round
out the tale of this freewheeler.

Take 'er easy, but take it. - Woody Guthrie

----

BruceLiles does not claim to author
any of the individual works,
they are Woody Guthrie's,
but he does claim original copyright
on the compilation.

First performed for homeless folks
at a Detroit shelter in 1996.
